About Our Guest
Sarah Dandashy has spent her career proving that hospitality is a skill set, not a job title. She started at the concierge desk in Beverly Hills. In 2012 — years before anyone called it a content strategy — she began filming what-to-see-and-do videos and took her advice off the desk and onto the internet. That became Ask a Concierge.
In 2015, Les Clefs d'Or International named her Best Young Concierge in the World. Today she is the author of the bestselling Hospitality From Within, a TV travel expert and TEDx speaker, a contributor to Skift, and co-host of Skift's Good Morning Hospitality: Hotels Edition. She still works as a private concierge for clients who could call anyone — and spends more than 200 nights a year on the road.
