About Our Guest

Brian Ahmes is an architect, technologist, and Co-Founder & COO of Parafin, a generative-AI platform that lets hotel developers evaluate sites, generate designs, and build financial models in minutes instead of weeks. Trained at the Savannah College of Art and Design and later at HKS Architects — where he helped build the firm's computational design lab and worked on projects like the new Cowboys Stadium — Brian went on to co-found H.ME, a modular hotel-pod startup incubated with backing from Hyatt Hotels. That experience led him to team up with Adam Hengels to found Parafin in 2017, building a tool that has become a staple for developers working with brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
